INKspired Blog Hop 14 - Butterfly Basics

Hello Blog Hoppers and Welcome to INKspired Artists Blog Hop 14!

Chances are, you've come from Kabrina's blog, I am always wowed by her creations. However, if you've started here don't forget to hop all the way through.

This fortnight's sketch was a bit busier than our past sketches, YAY! I *love* a challenge.

So, here you have it - Sketch 14.

The great thing about sketches is that it is up to YOU to decide how you use the sketch. We saw from Lissa last blog hop that these sketches can be rotated, flipped or even changed from landscape (like this one) to portrait just by stretching it upwards.

I knew that I wanted to use the gorgeous Butterfly Basics from the Occasions Catalogue as I think it is just gorgeous and SO versatile. It comes with a few vintage inspired elements that I love AND they can be used with lots of other Stamp Sets.

I've used a really simple and classic colour combination this week too; Basic Black, Crumb Cake and Calypso Coral YUM!

Here is my card, I know that it is the card that you've come to see ;) I hope you love it as much as I do, this will be going to my Mum for Mother's Day in a few weeks.

Next on the blog hop is my gorgeous up-line Louise Sharp - who I am super proud of at the moment, she has just earned herself the Stampin' Up! Incentive Trip to Hawaii.

I can not think of anyone that deserves this trip more than Lou Lou, she is an amazing crafter (as you are about to see) and the most beautiful friend that a girl could ask for, I was truly blessed to find her.
