Celebrate!

Blog hop 25, celebrating a year of INKspired Artists.

Congratulations team - we've come a long way and I know I've had a ball in the process.

Are you coming to me from Kabrina's blog? If you are, you're in the right place. Maybe you've started with me - either way - welcome and ENJOY!

If you're new to this, here's a quick introduction:

We are ten INKspired Artists coming together to sharing our spin on an INKspired sketch. We love to share Stampin' Up! and INKspiration. Each fortnight, we come to you with a new sketch and a new spin from each artist. It's always fun to see how ten people interpret one sketch. All you need to do, is sit back with your beverage of choice and enjoy the INKspiration. Down the bottom of each post you'll see an icon that says "Next Blog" click on it to be taken to the next person on the hop and even more INKspiration. Should you get lost, don't panic - the full line up is in my sidebar.

Here's what you've really come to see, this fortnight's sketch.

And here is my version. A pretty girly card for one of my amazing girlfriends who turns forty this week. I spent Tuesday night crafting with the one and only Louise Sharp so I used the opportunity to let the pink, girly environment inspire me - and it did. This DSP "English Garden" has Louise written all over it, don't you think?

What we'd love you to do is hop to each participant and leave some love in the comments - we loooooove comments.

We have a prize for one lucky "Blog Hopper" who goes all the way through our hop and comments on everyone's posts.

Another thing I'd love to see, is your interpretation of the sketch and then upload it to Pinterest with the hashtag #INK025 so we can see your work of art.

Now, I'm off to do a little celebrating of my own.

We picked up our Mid Life Crisis yesterday and I have to go give her a good bath & polish her.

Meet "Mimi" the Mini!

Isn't she adorable?

Up next on your journey is my beautiful friend Louise with something fabulous I'm sure.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend crafters!

  5. Loving these English Garden papers. Elongating the sketch that way was a great idea for really showcasing that pretty floral pattern.
